🏠 The Weekly Cycle
The same rhythm repeats all season.
Monday — Landlord Day
The previous week is finalized, scores become official, standings update, and the landlord sets up the next pick sheet.
Tuesday Morning — Picks Open
The new weekly card opens. Make your picks one section at a time. Everything saves as you go.
Tuesday → Thursday — Edit Freely
Submit your current card, come back later, and change any selection as many times as you want before lock.
Thursday Kickoff — House Locks
The entire weekly card locks at Thursday Night Football kickoff. No changes after the house closes.
Thursday → Sunday: games play and scores accumulate • Monday morning: results finalized
📅 Season Format
College and NFL schedules are aligned into 12 standard weeks.
12 Standard Weeks
The season is built around twelve weeks where the college and NFL schedules align with the five-round Security Deposit pick format.
Season-Long Pot
Every season entrant pays the full buy-in before the season begins. The prize pot is determined entirely by the number of people who join.
Pot formula:
number of entrants × full season buy-in = total season pot.
The percentages below are fixed regardless of field size.

The five-round card stays the same every standard week.

| 💣 Upset Bomb | Choose 1 upset from 4 eligible NCAAF games. | +20 if the selected underdog wins outright. |
| 🏈 NFL Gut Check | Pick 5 non-prime-time NFL winners and assign 25 / 20 / 15 / 10 / 5 confidence. | Correct pick earns its assigned confidence value. |
| 🌙 Sunday Night Showdown | Pick Over or Under on the SNF total. | Standard Lease: +15 correct / 0 incorrect.

Lock rule:
the entire weekly card locks at Thursday Night Football kickoff, not when the card is first submitted.
Players may continue editing a submitted card until kickoff.
